I had Matt as my sales guy and overall it was such a great experience. Regardless that I was 19 he never took age into consideration and treated me like everyone else which was huge. He led myself, parents and boyfriend ask all the questions without any hesitation! Overall I highly recommend and if you get a chance to work with Matt Durkin I can assure you you're experience will be just as great!
Lastly, the person who closed out all the paperwork (I'm sorry I forgot his name, I think it was John) had us out and on our way quickly.
Even though the process started out rough with another salesperson, Steve Pion came through for us big time. He was great from start to finish, got us an awesome deal for a great car (2018 Atlas). My wife wanted a white one and this place was the only dealer that was able to get us one in the correct trim level and color in 2 days. Steve explained all the features, the paperwork was handled properly and quickly (my brother bought a new audi q7 and a year and 3 month later is still having issues with getting a registration).
Spoke with Sandy on the phone, asked for a price, got a good ballpark $$ and I was on my way to buy a car. Something as simple as the above was a struggle at every car dealership in NY/NJ/CT I called. A lot of ummm not sure or you have to come in and such.
Arrived to the dealership, was greated by Don and he knew exactly why I was there and had the car ready to go. Again, something as simple as the above was a headache at all the dealerships in NY/NJ/CT I visited. I would arrive to see the car and the salesperson would have no idea why I was there or any of the details I spoke about with the person on the phone/online.

Hands down the best car buying experience, out of the 9 cars I've purchased in my lifetime. Live in NYC and it took going to PA to buy a car, where they wouldn't tack on fees upon fees for buying a car outright. As well as, a staff that were attentive and communicated well with one another to make the process as simple as possible.
