This office is terrific to work with. I have always had success walking in and working with competent individuals that truly care about the people they are helping.
It's a long wait but the people are nice and helpful
The wait is relatively short at this office, however, I have had to return more to this office than any other I have ever been to anywhere. This is due to their disorganization and failure to follow through than any other reason. I have lost my disability benefits twice in the last four months because of this. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Very nice and quick staff. Went on Wednesday before closing at 12 and finished in less than 10 mins.
Called ahead to ask what I would need to change my infants misspelled middle name on his SS card. was told new birth certificate, original ss card, and my photo id. Went in and waited an hour for them to tell me I needed more than just his birth certificate as proof of identity (how many items can an infant possibly have?) so now I need papers from his doctor and need to find time to go back before my maternity leave is over since they are only open during hours that i work.
