I have been working with Jim Fagnani as my physical therapist and he is fantastic. He is caring, very skilled and knowledgeable and even made customized home workout plans for me! All the staff and assistants are well trained and are constantly making sure you are doing your exercises correctly and making adjustments as needed to aid in your healing. I figured I could just do exercises on my own but I had no idea how much instruction I needed on my form and how helpful it could be to have Jim develop an individual treatment plan for me. It can take multiple sessions to start seeing progress like it did for me, so patience can be key. I have made remarkable progress in my healing and I owe it all to Jim and the amazing staff at PTW!
There is a reason PTW gets 5 stars from everyone! All of the staff and physical therapists are amazing. I very much recommend this place for any PT needs.
I can not say enough great things about the Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute in West Norriton. A coworker of mine recommended PTW when I was in need for physical therapy after a relatively new surgery called Superior Capsular Reconstruction Surgery to fix an irreparable tear to my right rotator cuff. I was impressed right off the bat with PTW when I emailed my PT concerns to them and got an immediate response.

There is no better choice than PTW! Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely personable. There is a true team approach to caring for their patients. Everyone understands your condition, your treatment plan and your preferences. Scheduling is a breeze, as the staff is very accommodating. My improvement has been much faster than anticipated and is completely due to the attention and professionalism exhibited by Jim and his tremendous staff!
My foot doctor let me choose the place I wanted to go for PT; I picked PTW because it was closest to my house. Little did I know how much I would look forward to coming to therapy 2 to 3 times a week! The staff is super accommodating, beyond friendly, engages you both professionally and personally, and they play THE BEST music ever. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
