This is a convenient transportation hub. You can park in the garage for $3 if you get you ticket validated by Septa, or buy a pass for $2/day parking. The flat lot is $1, but it fills up very early, while the garage is never full. You can catch the regional rail to center city Philadelphia, or take the high speed line to 69th Street terminal, then the Market-Frankford line to center city. Lots of connecting bus routes here with trips to King of Prussia and the Plymouth Meeting mall. You can even grab a Bieber commuter bus to New York City.
